FAQ's


Q:  When will my item ship?

A: Standard production time can range from 2 to 5 days depending upon how many orders are queued up ahead of yours.  Tracking info will be available once I print your shipping label.

Have a specific delivery deadline?
Just want the bag in your hands as soon as possible?

Feel free to send me a message and I'll do my best to accommodate specific delivery deadlines or rush orders by bumping your order up in the queue or supplying a quote for rush shipping. :)

Q:  Do you accept returns?

A:  Well....our bags are pretty awesome so we don't get many returns ;)  but the answer is "yes."  I want you to be happy with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not, you may return items that are in NEW, UN-used condition for a refund less original shipping within 30 days of purchase.  

Q:  Are your items handmade?

A:  They are!  I personally measure, cut, iron, sew, complain, package and ship every bag.  It is a labor of love, but it ensures that each bag is crafted with the same exact care and quality every time.  From time to time (like during the holidays) I may take on a part-time assistant to help out so that items ship quickly.  But otherwise...its all me and my own two hands.

Q:  Can an item be made larger/smaller?

A:  Some items can be scaled up or down proportionately.  Some changes may incur a fee.  Alterations will be worked out on a case by case basis so feel free to contact me with your thoughts/ideas/changes.

Q:  Do you accept custom requests?

A:  I love working on custom items.  Please feel free to reach out with your concepts, ideas, suggestions, etc;.  I can't promise that my skill level or equipment will be able to create the vision, but I'm open to new ideas and I love a challenge. 

Q:  Do you ship internationally?

A:  I do!  Most tote bags will ship FREE worldwide.  Please do check your current local import regulations with the US.  Some countries may charge customs fees, duties, VAT, handling fees, etc; for US imports.  These fees must be paid by the recipient to retrieve your package and they are subject to change from time to time.   From other customers, I know that the UK does charge both a handling fee and a customs fee.  Hopefully, the FREE shipping helps to offset any fees on the other end :)

A:  When you make a purchase from my shop, you should know that you are receiving an item that has been thoughtfully made with quality materials and diligent attention to detail and durability.  I source my materials locally as much as possible and create very little scrap or waste with my production process.  I often re-purpose left over leather and fabric into other items or donate leftover materials to other artists.  If you have a question, a concern or a comment, it all comes straight to the source ....Me.  I'm honest, hardworking and I love what I do.  I think I bring a unique perspective and casual, modern vibe to my designs and I hope that shines through in my products.
